Ok…ending today’s #StateFairFoodMission with non sweets and more carbs.#OnTheMenu Deep Fried Skillet potatoes Melt in a Boat. Take griddled potatoes…add diced breakfast sausage and packed around a mini Babybel cheese loaf then deep fried. Served in potato skins with melted cheddar and bacon bites. Sour cream chipotle sauce is drizzled on top. This was like a surprise in a bun…I really didnt know what I was getting…pleasantly surprised with the breakfast sausage inside the bun.
