Take a cinnamon-spiced rice ball …batter it…cover it with crispy puffed rice cereal. Then deep fry it. It’s then sprinkled with powdered vanilla and then vanilla ice cream. A drizzle of caramel sauce and powdered cinnamon tops it off. 20 Tickets. Not bad…that’s all I can say. The ice cream and caramel add a sweet kick to it…but seems like the rice ball I got was lacking in the cinnamon or spice. Once you got past the shell…it was just meh rice.
