And when you start to get hunger pains #OnTheMenu Beef Brisket Tacos with queso nachos. #WashedDown with a Scofflaw IPA. The beef brisket was pretty damn flavorgul… the tacos could have used a lil onion and cilantro…but still it was good. Overall…gotta say I enjoyed the tacos…it took care of the hangry beast fine. Guess you can also say I took care of #TacoTuesday as well. Not bad for a hotel restaurant. Plus the tacos arent on the menu. Just a special for today.
