Rudest rental return ever. Kerry the lot attendant complained he was the only person there and he cant help me. After continually asking him that I just need the car in front moved so i can reexit he says just go to the front and they will work with you. So i get charged 55 for fuel….when i can fill up for under 30. Even when I kept saying i need to exit…I was pressured to complete the sale and dealt with the worse rental return ever. Walter was the rudest of the bunch. Now I know that i exit the lot before i turn the car in…he says i cannot…biggest BS ive heard. And then he has the audacity to say “Well its your fault, you should have put fuel in before you dropped it off”. I left it at that. The lady sitting in the lobby…her face was priceless when she heard that. Budget Car Rental youre about to lose major customer who rents every month.
