#FoodMission in Salinas…had to do BBQ. #OnTheMenu Pork Ribs, Pulled pork and Bison ribs. #WashedDown with a Westfalia and a Diehard Cider. I think this is my 1st time having bison ribs…very different…very good. The pulled port and rubs were amazing as well…bht my attention centered on the Bison
