So had to check this place out…#FoodMission Mexican style and quite possibly my last one in SLC. #OnTheMenu Puntas de filete a la norteña (Top sirloin tips sauteed with bacon, strips of jalapeño, onions, and tomatoes on top of almond mole. Paired with refried beans and tortillas) #WashedDown with La Paloma (Vida tequila and Jarritos grapefruit) and a Cuba Libre (Bacardi Superior, mint, lime juice, simple syrup, and mineral water). So does it live up to the hype…well…yes and no…I ordered something they (what the server said) they were known for…and it was great…but doesn’t blow me away…because I don’t have a frame of reference to compare from….I shoulda just got some tacos or a burrito.
