If I made a reservation the day before…why is it that I’m waiting like 30min for something that should have been here a hour ago…ready for me? So I was kindly shown the guest waiting area…wtf…I guess they don’t understand the meaning of “a reservation”…what i reserved should be here or maybe even a little bit after the time requested. Am I wrong or am I right?
