So to have “Dumpling House” in your name…you need to have more than 2 “dumpling” varieties on your menu. I mean ok…sui main can count as 1 but still. #OnTheMenu David’s original Half Fried Dumplings. Not crispy and not steamed…just in the middle…batch I got seemed to have just been thrown together. Chili oil makes it the deal…and just for 5 dumpling…it was a decent pit stop.
