So when you’re on a train for 12hrs…your food choices are limited. #OnTheMenu Amtrak signature steak with baked potato. The baked potato was just plain jane… thankful for the sour creme and pepper and a lil bit of salt. The green beans and carrots just needed a little seasoning….the steak…well I will admit I got #PlateShocked when i saw it…for the price I expected a larger cut…but overall…it was pretty good. Could have used a little more on the seasoning side…but it was cooked nice. Guess you can say this is a 1st Train
