Headed back to the Ramen Museum for a new #FoodMission. #OnTheMenu Spicy Tuna Kotsu Ramen. Definately a flavorful ramen. The tuna added to the richness of the broth. A little more spicyness would have been great but otherwise a solid bowl. Pretty much one of the tops here for me.
