After a long sucessful full day…no food…I got #Hangry. Opted for a pizza #FoodMission. #OnTheMenu Baja 1000. This was an unorthodox pizza offering Grilled chicken, black beans and salsa, black olives, red onions, vine ripe tomatoes, jalapeños, fresh cilantro and cheddar. The black bean paste was the sauce. Overall the pizza was different, but a god different. The typical semi liquid tomato paste being relaxed wth a more pastey black bean spread added a different texture under the latter toppings.
