Late night ramen #FoodMission. #OnTheMenu tonkotsu black ramen #WashedDown with hot sake. This takes the cake for best ramen experience here…this was a clear big serving despite the Kaedama I ordered (extra ramen). The broth was pretty good well appreciated. Rich pork flavor…but would have appreciated some spiciness to add to it. What was left of the table condiments looked a little sketch.
