A very delayed #FoodMission here. But finally…I can kick this hunger headache. #OnTheMenu Brisket, Ribs, bacon wrapped chicken, more ribs, roasted corn, coleslaw #WashedDown with Shines Oktoberfest. So…I can say I was lost when I walked in…there wasn’t really a menu…everything is a free for all where you buy like market style and pay by the lbs. Obviously, I went to the ribs 1st…however the best is the Brisket. Nice seasoned and just naturally juicy. No sauce needed. Cole slaw…average at best. Corn on the cob…weirdly thick and juicy.
