Nawlins #FoodMission continues. #OnTheMenu Garlic bacon chrargrilled oysters with a taste of the bayou…which included Red beans and rice, Crawfish Etouffée, Cajun Jambalaya, and Chicken & Andouille Gumbo. Oysters…never fail…the garlic and bacon was so awesone…had to do it again. The sampler platter of the bayou…the star of the platter…red beans and rice.
